The room was dirty then when I ask for a broom they wouldn't let me use one and didn't come to the room to clean.

"We have cancelled any and all stays to Red Roof Inn."

I called to let the hotel know that we would be very late to a day late. I asked to be charged for the room, so that we would have a room for homecoming week-end. The lady said okay. Once we arrived, the room had been cancelled.

Our room being cancelled. It turned out okay, because we stayed across the street at the Hampton Inn.

Nice size room

First room door wouldn’t open like it was locked from inside. Staff gave me another room but it was a king bed instead of the 2 queens I had booked. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. Fire department showed up eventually and turned the alarm off. Then employee repeatedly loudly knocked on our door early in the morning bc their record showed no one should be in the room.

Location was good, especially for my trip.

Non smoking building should mean Marijuana as well as cigarettes. Room was very noisy for some reason too. Could hear every conversation going on in hallway and in adjacent room.
