They overbooked our room and left us no where to stay.

Nothing. We didn't have a room after we arrived. Front desk told us there was 4 reservations that were filled. He couldn't do anything

Front desk was no help. He didn't know why we didn't have a room. We had a reservation but no room

The information online said there were in room cribs and rollaway beds abailable but the hotel staff said there were none and never had been to their knowledge. The continental breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal, toast and juice. There were no towels in our room, we had to ask for them. Our microwave didnt work. The staff was kind but as far as i could see, this location is not well managed.

Was expecting a pool but it was closed by public health. Wasnt offered a discount. Hallways were never vacuumed while we were there. One of the exits door closures never worked. Door slammed shut when people exited. And key card machile whould not make keys correctly. Attendent had to try about 25 times to get a second key coded.

Very dirty and nasty

Reserved three rooms. One wasn’t ready and had a 30-minute wait. I couldn’t get into my room because the electronic key wasn’t activated. Had to go outside and get the desk clerk, who was smoking, to help. He had to walk across the street to the Days Inn to get it reprogrammed. It took more than half an hour to get checked in. The hotel was loud and the toilet ran all night. Don’t waste your money staying at this dump.

Friendly front desk, easy check-in. Could use some renovation/love, but affordable, safe, and friendly!

Bed bugs Continental breakfast was just bread no coffee no water only one person on the staff would even speak to us and I've been waiting on 2 weeks for the refund for finding bed bugs and not actually being able to sleep in the hotel

This place is a dump and should be shut down completely by the health department not just the pool! Bed bug city!! 3 people at the front desk complaining about the same issue. The guy at the counter pretty much losing his mind. Told us to talk to a manager but didn’t know when they would be in. My two daughters and I ended up sleeping in the car while my husband did a check for bugs on the desk chair luckily there wasn’t any so he tried to sleep because it was 4 am and he had to sleep so that he could drive later that morning back home. We were here for a visit to MSU the location was the only good thing about this place.The whole place is disgusting. There is no breakfast well uncles you consider a loaf of bread breakfast.
