The room was pretty clean for the most part

The pool was closed down (sign started by the Rowan co health department) which is concerning. Went down for breakfast at 730 which is advertised to go until 9am there was a few slices of bread, some butter, apple juice, orange juice and one yogurt. They didn't even have coffee or creamer 😞 no cereal, no bagels, no muffins, like I was extremely disappointed. They did have a giavonnis pizza box sitting there I anyone night shift sat it on the toaster and forgot. We spoke with room service on our way out and asked for services as they'd skipped our room all together, she said sure thing, they didn't make the bed, take out the trash, just gave us a few towels 🤷🏼‍♀️ I guess you get what you pay for but we picked that room due to the pool which it didn't have!

Room was not cleaned well, crumbs everywhere and the AC had an odor. Maintenance at this place is terrible or non existant. The whole property is due for an overhaul.

Place was run down. Shower was random between hot or cold. Dust in vents, stains and dent all over. A musty smell that never left

I will reserve again

Hotel was old, not well maintained, had a lot of roaches and other bugs, sheets and blankets were blood stained.

Me and my wife stayed in a room and the bed bugs was biting my wife the next morning I went to tell the staff about it they gave us another room they told us to call booking Com to refund one night and the manager didn't call booking back to let them know about it

I stopped just after dark & very tired. I chose this place for the price & no pet fee The lobby was dirty, and a man staying there was intrusive & acting like he worked there. The young man at the front desk was kind, but not proficient nor professional. I looked at three rooms before asking for a refund & going elsewhere. Room 111 was flooded. Room 118 did not have a working toilet. Room 116 was dirty, bed not made, lock broken, urine on toilet…. I had to wait 15 minutes for the “manager” to come and process my refund. She was very unfriendly as well as unprofessional.

Staff was friendly understanding clean cmlomfy bed

The shower head wouldn't turn so the water went over the shower stall getting water all over the floor

Very loud outside my room I the hall until 2 am.
