The owner wasn’t helpful at all, i wasn’t able to open the locker to get the key until someone came and helped me despite me asking for the help from the owner with no answer

Very good, 350 meters to Kawaguchiko train station, close to supermarket, conbini and the lake. The location is the best.

Nothing

Location was great! It's great for those who would like to experience staying in an old Japanese style house as well. The bed sheets are clean as well. I enjoyed using washroom sink. Living room's pretty as well!

Their bathroom and kitchen smells a little. There's a room nearby the front door where my brother stayed in, which has been cold the whole night even with heater on. To be fair though it might not have been a room planned for us to stay in for the night (it's a tatami room, and we switched around the futon so everyone has their private area).

Traditional vibe

It will be better to have a heater in the toilet, especially in such cold weather.

Nice big space for my family.
