Apartment was lovely, good facilities and had everything you could need. The beds were so comfy! Franz was a lovely host, willing to answer any questions that we had. The location was spot on - earlier in the season you would be able to ski to the door, but even though the Eberharter piste was closed, the central location was still fab. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

"Een goed verblijf, met goede service en een attente host."

8.0

"Not recommended for business clients."

2.0

1) Late-night confusion instead of a clear check-in We arrived around 23:00 and ended up in a frustrating “treasure hunt” inside the building. The apartment was poorly marked, and the door was labeled “Private” with no apartment name/number matching what you would expect from a reservation. We spent almost an hour searching and contacting the host multiple times. This is basic logistics and it failed. 2) “Two bathrooms” that are not really two bathrooms The listing mentions two bathrooms, but in reality it is one bathroom plus a separate toilet. With several adults, that difference matters. 3) The invoice: repeated requests, repeated promises, no delivery As a business customer, I requested a proper invoice before arrival, during the stay, and repeatedly after checkout. The host initially responded quickly and promised several times that the invoice would be sent — but it did not arrive. 4) Pressure around reviews and an undocumented claim Instead of simply sending a compliant invoice, the communication took an unacceptable turn. We were asked to leave a review and to omit any mention of the invoicing problems, while at the same time the host raised an undocumented damage claim and requested insurance details/payment. Taken together, this felt like improper pressure: effectively, the invoice process was being mixed with review expectations and an additional charge that was not properly documented. 5) What finally arrived was not a proper invoice for the stay When a document labeled as an “invoice” eventually arrived, it did not reflect the accommodation instead attempted to add EUR 200 for alleged “repair damage”, without proper supporting documentation. Once we questioned the inconsistencies and requested a proper invoice for the stay, communication stopped—despite the host previously being very responsive. Bottom line: non-transparent, unreliable invoicing combined with pressure around reviews and undocumented claims are not acceptable.
