"Decent rooms, staff could be better trained"

I was allowed an early check-in. Rooms are very decent and quiet. Nice location.

Staff seemed untrained. The phone in my room didn't work properly, but staff at reception insisted it was okay. The toilet faucet pipe was completely broken. Took them a while to fix it. I didn't like the food-- chaat masala in everything, including in the Russian salad.
