Wasn't too much of a walk from the main town, beds were comfy, good space in living area

Really hard to get hold of the host, number didnt work and had to chase on arriving several times to get detail to enter the property. Asked for a cot which was confirmed and wasn't in there. Chased several times when there but no answer. Only one toilet downstairs to share between the two rooms, sink tiny and water splashed all over the place. Room upstairs had really low ceiling

Het is een ruim appartement

Helaas was ons verblijf in dit appartement erg teleurstellend. De toegangscode zou volgens de accommodatie 48 uur vóór aankomst worden verstuurd. De avond voor vertrek hadden we echter nog niets ontvangen. Ik heb toen meerdere berichten gestuurd via de chat én WhatsApp op het door de accommodatie opgegeven contactnummer, maar kreeg geen enkele reactie. Ook de volgende ochtend bleef het stil, ondanks meerdere pogingen om contact te krijgen. Uiteindelijk ontvingen we een bericht dat we ons moesten registreren via een link, maar deze link ontbrak. Omdat er totaal niet werd gereageerd en het telefoonnummer buiten gebruik bleek, hebben we ons uiteindelijk geregistreerd via een oude link van een vorig verblijf. Pas twee uur voor de officiële inchecktijd ontvingen we eindelijk de toegangscode. Dit zorgde voor onnodige stress en onzekerheid. Bij aankomst bleek dat er geen warm water was. Na zelf onderzoek bleek er een storing in de cv-ketel te zijn, iets wat wij uiteraard niet zelf konden oplossen. Opnieuw hebben we meerdere keren geprobeerd contact op te nemen via de chat, wederom zonder enige reactie. Ook Booking.com kreeg geen contact met de accommodatie. Gedurende ons hele verblijf van drie dagen hebben we geen warm water gehad. Booking heeft dit uiteindelijk netjes opgelost, maar dat verandert niets aan het feit dat dit een zeer vervelende ervaring was die veel tijd en energie heeft gekost. Dit was bedoeld als een leuk verjaardagsweekend, maar werd overschaduwd door stress en slechte service. Een accommodatie kan problemen hebben, maar volledige afwezigheid van communicatie en bereikbaarheid is onacceptabel. Om die reden zou ik dit appartement niet aanbevelen.

The size, the facilities were well suited to our group and the beds were comfortable. The apartment is a short walk from Central station and was located conveniently for transport links.

The shower in the main bathroom didn’t work and there was a small damp patch in the main bedroom.

Персонал не отвечал на сообщения,по 10 раз приходилось писать и звонить,очень плохая обратная связь, спальное место на раскладном диване во второй спальне ужасное,диван старый,весь проваленный,спать было не возможно.

Дуже просторі апартаменти, чудово розташована в центрі міста. До центрального вокзалу 17 хвилин пішки, до центру 20. Зручні ліжка, на кухні є все необхідне.

Great location

Communication was extremely poor Had issues with getting into the rooms , broken bed and shower head but no reply or contact made For the price I expected more

The property is well located to get to places and was very convenient. There’s plenty of room in the main living area and it’s very clean. Good value for money.

Only drawbacks were the toilet that we couldn’t get to stop flushing and a low ceiling in the upper bedroom which is not good if you’re over 6ft- but these were small things that didn’t deter from our stay

Property was comfortable, location was very good on walking distance to many of attractions and metro stations. Living area was large, kitchen equipped with everything you need.

Registration link and instructions for access were not sent 24 hours before arrival. Phone number available in booking seems not full and cannot contract property.
