The apartment was huge and in a good location. It was very comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. The host was great and responsive and I would stay here again

The shower in one bathroom would stay on the pole and the safe wasn’t working

The size of this gigantic apartment and value for money were simply amazing !! Location was excellent for visiting lovely Brussels. Very clean, safe and quiet, and both kids had their own room and a second WC. Well appointed kitchen with good size fridge. Really a remarkable choice! Easy access by Metro or by car, even the tram runs right in front. Grocery Store just a couple hundred meters away. Every important criteria for a pleasant stay is met and surpassed !

We had to call the owner when we got there because he forgot to send the registration email in advance, but access to the building (code) and apartment (key box) were pretty straightforward once the online registration was performed. Would personally replace the secondary mini-oven with a microwave. And turning on the A/C before our arrival would have been appreciated, but that seems to be a commonly found issue throughout Europe.
