Large apartment with ample A/C

Great location right in the heart of Brussels.

Schuman apartment needs maintenance and a deep clean. Be prepared for no air conditioning.

Insects and bed bugs in upstairs room, my daughters have multiple Insects bites , which is not acceptable

Very spacious.

Didn’t feel so safe because I couldn’t lock the upper balcony doors. Location was good but the surrounding buildings were a bit run down

The location was good and the place was clean & the online staff did respond to most inquiries in a timely manner. Nice to have both a clothing washer and dryer!

The slanted wobbly table on the patio, the courtyard in the center was hideous. They need to put something lovely in that space. Fridge freezer was a huge mass of frosty ice which should've been properly restored before we got there - so much ice that the refrigerator door would not completely shut. Patio View is of a giant office building, police sirens frequent. The water pipes made a loud sound - reverberation. I suggest that the owner put in a combination safe to store valuables. Ease of mind.

The apartment was very spacious and luxurious. The beds were very comfy. The living area was lovely and there was also an outside veranda. There were 2 large bathrooms, a bath and 2 toilets. We were very close to the centre of Brussels. It was a quiet, safe location. The host sent us step by step instructions. We loved it. There were lots of facilities like washing machine, dryer, safe etc. There were tea and coffee making facilities and nespresso pods.

The size was amazing. So much room! The kitchen was fabulous and well stocked.

More light it was difficult at times with low lighting.

The closeness to station and central location as well as the size of the apartment were good.

The showers were weak and the ensuite was really dark. One shower wouldn't stand upright at all so you couldn't really use it properly. It looked as though the shower pipe was rotton as it was black where it was folded near the shower head. In one shower, the shower doors were broken. The oven stopped working completely and just turned off with no way of turning back on so only one of us had food. Another appliance wasn't very clean. We looked for information on where to put bins and couldn't find any, therefore we had to put smelly bins outside the apartment door. One of the mattresses on the bed felt old and worn down as it was so soft, it resulted in a backache (the other bed's mattresses were good!). There weren't many plug sockets by the beds and the blinds in the hallway couldn't be closed for privacy. It felt run down for the money we paid.

It was very clean and spacious. I like that it received a lot of natural light and was close to restaurants and things to do.
