El gym ! Excelente. El personal del restaurante, excelente atención !! Con acceso a la piscina y el gym . Que estaba caminando a unos 50 metros del hotel

No había servicio de Uber ! El transporte regular para la estación del tren ! La cama muy blanda, quedé con dolor lumbar . Las almohadas muy grandes . Hechas para gigantes !

Aufhänger für Badesach auf dem Balkon fehlt, sessel auf dem Balkon zu groß und bei Regen gleich nass. Türen sind zwar gut isoliert, aber für leicht eingeschränkte Personen sehr schwergängig. wir hätten gerne 2 Decken gehabt.

Nice and delicious breakfast, good surroundings and a lot of fresh air, SPA is reachable in 2 minutes by walk, welcoming reception.

Disappointing experience over how my belongings were treated. I checked out and went straight to the hotel spa, leaving my bags by the reception. During the day, I realised I have forgotten a pack of cheese in the fridge in the room. When I returned, a vacuum-sealed cheese I’d brought from Italy the day before had been thrown out by housekeeping. It was sealed, fresh, and posed zero hygiene problem — and I was on-site the entire time, reachable in seconds by a quick call to the room or a word at the desk. Instead, my property was binned without a single attempt to reach me. Whatever the internal policy, throwing away a guest’s belongings with no notice is poor service and poor judgment. I left feeling my things simply weren’t respected — which is a shame, because the hotel and spa were otherwise enjoyable. I’ve never had something like this happen at any other hotel.
