A couple of the desk staff were very nice and friendly. Alma at checkout today was very nice. Young lady at checking too.

Room was never attended to even though we asked about it. Commode was so low to the ground that we struggled with it. TMI - couldn't wipe yourself without getting your hand wet. Hotel needs some updating. Carpet and flooring were worn.

The shower head was super dirty and moldy, the bed was super hard and could feel the springs, the table in the room was dirty there was mold above the shower on the vent

We stayed for a night on our way to the coast. The staff were very pleasant and efficient. The room was nice, equivalent to other hotels in this category. The room was clean, and the internet worked well. Breakfast was again standard for this category of hotel: juice coffee, eggs, oatmeal, toast, cereal, waffles, assorted breads, and sweet rolls, etc. However, there was a nice southern twist as well with biscuits and sausage gravy and grits. For the price, the room was very good. I would stay here again if we pass through Hendersonville.
