Stayed there a fair few times to know their rooms and service is top notch for the price and value 😊😊

Convenient

TV wasn’t working. Breakfast was not hot. Rooms were not well insulated; I could hear child talking in next room. Noisy location; you could hear traffic from highway.

Hard bed with scratchy linens. King size bed with 4 small pillows

The room smelt damp and the bathroom in particular was not in great condition. There were many brown marks across the walls and there is an edge running along the bottom of the bath which was thick with dirt. We also had people walking in front of our room throughout the night and this continued the entire time until early morning. It felt very uncomfortable.

Not much. Could drive up to room. Good location for easy access to downtown and apple orchards. Maids came every day (3 day stay) to take out trash and used towels. Beds were comfortable.

Very dog friendly! Large sign in front says so. Hotel close to busy highway so we asked for a room in back ("where dogs stay"). We do not have a dog and asked for a room not appropriated for pets. Our room smelled like a dog had stayed there but it was quiet so we stayed in it. Breakfast was okay, nothing special. Amenities were puny, soap for shower was broken in pieces, and no cups near sink.

Jess is my far the best clerk there. She is always so kind and always has a big smile on her face. I appreciate the other clerks but jess is just the best one there.

The room and breakfast and place overall was good. Unfortunately upon check in, I was charged again for the room that I had already booked through Hotels.com, but was unaware of this until it appeared on my bank account the next day. I stopped at the hotel on my way back home to inquire about it and ask for a refund. The manager couldn't issue a refund right then but was going to take care of it. A few days passed and nothing. Reached out to find the status, manager was swamped and short staffed, would call me back. No response, tried again. Now manager was out due to personal reasons. Reached out to Hotels.com. They were fabulous and gave me a refund from what I paid them.

Location was fine, dining on site was ok.

I had fleas in my room I was being bitten after entering the room, late in the night 2am the neighbor next door was so deaf that I was woke up by his TV. And people talking right outside my door the rest of the morning.
