The warm welcome, the delicious food, tranquility, views, comfy bed and. The owner, Hilary is not only kind, caring and thoughtful, but also a great to converse with. She makes sure, and goes above and beyond to try and provide everything you need.

The property is located in a quiet and beautiful place. It was peaceful, and relaxing. Hilary and Nick our hosts were super friendly, nothing was too much trouble.. Hilary even braided our daughter’s hair for her race! Lovely room, garden is amazing.

I'd call this place: In the middle of Nowhere in their best imaginable sense: it's quiet, it's rural, it's dark / at night - no light pollution, it's clean, it's tastefully furnished in a provincial aesthetic, totally welcoming and appealing, and it has the lovliest garden to enjoy the breakfast outside and Hillary is such a nice person to talk to. contrasting my very first statement, it is maximum 20min drive to John Lewis Parking, Leicester City Center, so the best out of both worlds: country- and metropolitain-region's lifestyles!

... only thing ... it's a tad difficult to find, in case it's your first visit. Since it was my second stay at the Bybrook Barn Horse Ranch already it didn't bother me and have also found now the best place to eat out in the evenings nearby in Swithland: 'The Griffin Inn'_ it's an absolute recommendation: order the lamb! even if you tend to say I don't like lamb: This is going to convert your taste & mind and you will love lamb for all future times !

The breakfast was exceptional. The host was keen to accommodate personalised requests. All food provided was of fine quality.
