Bybrook Barn - The Secret Little B&B, Swithland,Bradgate Park, Leicestershire

Beautiful property, very relaxed environment. Clean rooms and en-suite. Hilary is the perfect host! Breakfast was good too.

The horses! Sadly I didn’t have a clue that they had horses on the property and the stables were right next door to my room. I am highly allergic, so good job I had my inhaler and EpiPen with me, otherwise I would have had a problem. Not sure if this is advertised, but I think it should be.

Beautiful, relaxing, fabulous breakfasts, great place to stop and watch the sky and breath the fresh air. It also has a comfortable bed, clean and and nicely appointed bathroom with big bath towels (and heating rack). Includes a mini fridge with a milk for tea or coffee and water bottles, this next to the kettle. Loved so much we are booking it again.

I am not a dog person because l had a bad experience in the past so l am scared and uncomfortable with dogs. But it was well handled.

Hilary is a charming host and very creative. Lots of attention to detail. Breakfast was splendid in her delightful garden room. Would definitely go again. We stayed over our son’s graduation and it was lovely to have somewhere to go back to which was so pleasant after such a wonderful day.

Bybrook Barn Bed and Breakfast is located in a lovely, tranquil spot surrounded by nature. Hilary adeptly welcomed us into her home warmly, whilst respecting our privacy. The Garden Room was a quirky, comfortable space with everything we needed for our stay. The full English breakfast taken in the beautiful garden's summerhouse was artistically presented, delicious and filling. We would definitely return next time we visit the area.
