"Location was A+ and the staff was pleasurable."

Breakfast was fresh and tasty. The shuttle was great!

The bathroom needs a big upgrade. A lot of crusted soap scum in the bathtub. No one came our 2nd day, Tuesday the 24th to clean our room, didn't even come in and empty our trash.

The breakfast was good and the restaurant attached to the building had good food . It was convenient to the clinic.

The rooms were humid and everything needed updating.

They had a wonderful breakfast and great variety. The staff was wonderful! It was so nice to have shuttle service to the clinic and back and the shuttle drivers were great!

The beds looked to be very old and there was only a mattress cover and no sheet over it. The rooms were dated but they were clean.

The front desk staff both PM and AM were FANTASTIC. The room wasn't noticably dirty but it did smell like animals/musty. (We agreed to a room on the pet friendly floor as it was 11pm when we checked in)

I felt catfished after entering a nicely updated lobby and then going into a wildly outdated musty room. The back stairwell had an overwhelming fragrance smell. The carpets need to be ripped out and replaced with vinyl flooring. You just can't maintain a clean smelling place with that carpet. I didn't want to walk around the room without shoes. The ac unit was so loud it woke my entire family every time it popped on. Breakfast was mediocre.

The location was helpful and the free parking was valuable.

The facility's hot tub, one of the reasons I selected it, was out of order indefinitely. The restaurant, the other primary reason I selected the location, stopped food service at 9:30p...on a Friday night. Additionally, the pillows weren't even standard size: they were lumpy squares.

Location number one. The convenience of the in house restaurant, Twigs. The wonderful perk of free shuttle service to & from the Mayo Clinic in Rochester. I also enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub.

There was one elevator out of service when we arrived but it was repaired & running the following morning.
