Very friendly and helpful staff, decent breakfast including scrambled eggs and fresh fruit salad. The hotel operates a free shuttle service to the Mayo clinic buildings, but if one is able, it is faster to get there by walking, around 10 minutes. Large rooms, and restaurant and swimming pool on the premises.

The furnishings are a little worn and dated, the "gym" is really only 2-3 machines, including treadmill and elliptical. The pool was a nice addition but could do with a renovation.

Close to the hospital… wonderful shuttle service!

Rooms need to be updated! Had issues with our tv but got it finally… room phone don’t work… beds was way to soft but manageable
