- tolles Frühstücksbuffet - schöne Poollandschaft - saubere Anlage - genügend Badehandtücher - Essen kann man aufs Zimmer bestellen

Leider war eine Mitarbeiterin (Hema) an der Rezeption nicht sehr motiviert und hilfsbereit. Wir wollten einen Platz im Duschraum reservieren, sie sagte das ging nicht mehr. Kurze Zeit später ging ich zu einer anderen Dame an der Rezeption, da war es kein Problem. Der In-Dining Service hat immer mindestens 45min gedauert Das Buffett am Abend ist mit 2500 MUR meiner Meinung nach zu teuer.

Nous avons séjourné 8 nuits dans l’hôtel. Tout était parfait c’est vraiment un de nos meilleurs souvenirs. Le personnel a été au petit soin tout le long pour chacune de nos demandes. Les petits déjeuners étaient très bons et nous avons adoré les piscines. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très agréable (il y a beaucoup de rangement pour les affaires ce qui est super pour 2 amies en vacances!!) Nous avons profité du spa où nous avons eu un super massage, des repas des nombreux hôtels que nous avons beaucoup aimé ! La boutique de l’hôtel est aussi très sympa ! Nous recommandons sans hésiter et nous reviendrons ici lors de notre prochaines vacances à Maurice sans aucune hésitation !

Séjour très agréable dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est exceptionnellement gentil, accueillant et toujours aux petits soins. Un grand merci à l’équipe en cuisine : Mana, Natacha, Neevedita, Raginee et Zeenatth pour leur excellent travail. Merci également à Julian et Cintia ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe du restaurant pour leur service chaleureux et professionnel. Mention spéciale pour l’équipe du spa : le massage était un vrai moment de détente, très relaxant et parfaitement réalisé. Grâce à vous tous, notre séjour a été encore plus mémorable. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Lovely hotel in a great location close to the airport, however once inside was paradise. Friendly, attentive staff, great food and very clean.
