Pied à Terre at Casitas Aparicio

Great location close to San Miguel Downtown. Beautiful property, excellent size for two people and fully equipped. Very safe too.

The flexibility of the owner for check in, location, rooftop terrace, it was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Bonus was the rooftop terrace , views were stunning

Location was great. The property was fairly quiet for being so close to everything.

Sofa bed could have had better mattress and the skylight over the stairs leaked during rain storm. It would be helpful to have some hooks for hanging clothes or towels in the downstairs bathroom.

Beautiful and cute property, well maintained, strong security, well-equipped kitchen. Nice storage unit for clothes; well equipped full bath (magnifying mirror, extra towels, etc.) Great to be able to use the water from the tap due to their improved filtration system. Nice to have staff there do our laundry. Glad to have a fan in the living room. Great location, very close to the zocalo.

Would have liked air conditioning on the first floor of the unit as well as the bedroom, especially since it was hotter when we were there than usual.

Petra and Paula were wonderfully accommodating, and the property itself is amazing. Perfect location right near the center of town but just outside the noisier areas (not that San Miguel is very noisy, but this place is situated perfectly). Loved walking to breakfast at Cafe Buen Dia, grabbing street food lunch at the surprisingly well kept indoor market, and relaxing in central park after sunset to people-watch. If only SMdA had a closer airport, we'd be here all the time! Thanks again :)

Adding a door to the upstairs bedroom might help concentrate the AC in the bedroom. Adding coffee grounds for morning brew in the well equipped kitchen could be a nice touch. Very minor suggestions for an otherwise perfect place.

it not only is clean. it has style. it is so nice but it is still with the character of the place and an amazing location in the city’s heart. You be met by a staff of warm, informed caring people. this is a treasure just as San Miguel de Allende is.

Felt very comfortable bed, nice shower, very well supplied kitchen, good refrigerator. The facility grounds were beautiful. Front gate was secure and safe. Staff is great.

Parking in the area is terrible. The staff saved us a spot out front or we would have had a difficult time. The apartment 1 TV is a mess with a huge defect in the screen and learning the TV controls was very difficult. The mirador was designed poorly with no view of town.
