"Gorgeous town, lovely place to stay"

Walking distance to everything we wanted to see, secure, room service was available most days if we wanted it. When requested an iron it was provided promptly

Partly our fault but had no way of communicating with host the delay at the airport with other people on our transit losing their bags. Host not on site when we arrived. Felt fortunate were able to contact our son who got in touch with host to let us in., Approx 20 minute wait from arrival

It's in an excellent location close to everything in Zona Centro. The Casita is lovely with everything we need. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Everyone has been very gracious and helpful.

I can't think of one thing that could make it better.
