This property was a fantastic deal. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Nice breakfast. We loved the giant bathtub in our room. Very clean, and the hotel as well as the surrounding area are charming and quiet. Lots of food and a shopping mall within walking distance. Shower takes some time to warm up but is nice and hot once it gets going. Highly recommend!

Appearance is nice. Room is spacious. Very cold inside rooms, no heaters in rooms, we did not ask for a heater so not sure if they will give you one if asked for.

Great place to stay. Fun to explore the neighborhood. Many interesting shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were friendly, rooms were spacious with nice view. Low cost, great value.

The hotel looks good in the pictures and it looks like they tried to make it nice. But the room had a bad smell, the showers were horrible, the noise level was awful. There is no sound proofing, you can every time someone walks down the hall way. I could hear the reception phone ring from my 3rd story room. The area of town was nice, great restaurants within walking distance

Clean, spacious, stylish rooms, very comfortable beds, a huge bathtub inside the room... The reason I'm not giving this hotel a full 5/5 is for just 2 things. First, minimalism in the room design has gone so far that there is no wardrobe, not one hanger and not one nail to put your clothes on. The second problem is the lack of any heating. At 3400 m altitude (this is the height of the city of Cusco) it's rarely over 20C in the day and usually down to 8-9C at night. Meaning it's just uncomfortable to stay in the room, unless you are in bed, where the blankets are warm and nice. Taking a bath in the tub to accumulate some warmth in your body and then leave it full to emit some heat helps, but is neither eco-friendly, nor energy or financially efficient for the hotel itself. But it's the only option if you want to feel a little more comfortable. I completely understand why they don't have air conditioning for cooling - but they definitely need to think of something to improve the heat comfort of their guests. But the rest is so good that I still think a 4/5 rating is completely deserved.

Location was bad
