Unorganisiert; kaum englische Sprachkenntnisse; habe schlechteres Zimmer als gebucht erhalten (12-15 statt 30 qm; winziges, altes Bad und Fenster zum Abluftschacht); Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht; Handtuchwechsel bei dreitägigem Aufenthalt wurde abgelehnt (Begründung „nur alle 3 Tage“)

l'emplacement est idéal mais le confort est quelque peu spartiate. Cependant nous avions la seule salle de bain privative de l'hotel. Petite mais suffisante.
