L’accueil est très agréable, l’emplacement génial pour visiter l’hyper centre de Madrid ; les chambres sont très propres ainsi que les salles de bain. Mise à disposition d’un micro-ondes et d’une bouilloire, c’est très appréciable.

C’est parfois bruyant, les chambres n’étant très isolées phonétiquement les unes des autres : on peut entendre les conversations, le bruit de l’eau dans le lavabo ! Et si jamais les voisins sont bruyants… réveil nocturne garanti !

"Worth it only for the location which is pretty much perfect if you want to be in Centro of Madrid. Other than that avoid"

Location is excellent

Not clean. Staff entering the room without asking when we were away. They even forgot a cleaning rug onto our bedside table. Disgusting. Staff very rude during checking in. Tried to switch to a smaller room even if we had already paid for a bigger one.
