Muy buena ubicación y a pesar de estar justo en el centro, no se escuchaba nada al acostarte a dormir.

The area which the hotel is located is great

There were stains on the towels, the wall was peeling off, the beds were weird and only one of them had a normal blanket, basicly it needs a renovation and it would be perfect

La ubicación espectacular a metros de Puerta del Sol, la habitación limpia y con lo necesario para estar cómodos, el baño compartido siempre limpio. La relación calidad-precio de lo mejor.

Algún mueble en la habitación para guardaropa.

Minden nagyon szuper volt. A hölgy rettentően kedves volt és bármiben segített, ami miatt kerestük őt. Biztos vagyok benne, hogyha visszamegyünk Madridba ugyanígy ezt a szállást fogjuk választani. A város szívében helyezkedik el és gyalog minden látványosság elérhető. Minden nap volt takarítás is. Mindennel fel volt szerelve a szállás, amire szüksége van az embernek. Sok étterem és bár is van a közelben. Csak jót tudok mondani róla, mindenkinek ajánlom!

Posizione super strategica, buona pulizia stanza spaziosa . Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile. La camera è stata disponibile anche prima dell'orario del check in, avevo avvertito, casomai avremo lasciato il bagaglio in deposito, che poi ne abbiamo usufruiito alla partenza

Il bagno un po' piccolo basterebbe qualche mensola per appoggiare le cose e sarebbe già meglio

The location was convenient and check-in was straightforward. The room itself was basic but acceptable for a short stay.

Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by a serious safety issue. I slipped in the bathroom due to unsafe flooring conditions and was left shaken. When we informed staff, we were told to “watch where we walk,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, despite the property being advertised as smoke-free, there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the hallway. My friend has asthma, so this was especially concerning. Overall, the lack of accountability and poor response to a safety concern was disappointing.
