Staff !! Mostly everyone was exceptionally nice and helpful. Beach access was awesome 😎 Location, excellent!!

Pool chairs could use a power washing

Staff was super friendly. Especially Sean, he could not be more helpful and friendly. Our room was on the 10th floor and had a great view of the ocean and the intercostal. The pool is located on the 5th floor and also has a great view of the beach. Room was very comfortable. The area the hotel is located in is perfect, a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Parking my car was an added $55.00 each day. Hotel restaurant added an 18% gratuity to bill without saying anything. I gave a 20% tip on top of the already 18% because I did not examine the bill very closely (my fault).

Great location. View was beautiful. Room was clean

Me gustó mucho la ubicación, limpieza, amabilidad en la atención, lo amplio de la habitación, camas cómodas, la vista que tiene en primera línea al mar.

Lo que no me gustó fue la ducha. Sin ser algo en extremo problemático creo que se debe revisar la potencia y la fluctuación de temperatura (al menos en la habitación donde estuve yo)

The front desk staff and Sean were amazing. They were happy, very helpful and accommodating. Their communication was excellent. Our room was lovely, much bigger than expected and super clean, unfortunately the balcony let it down - it was very dirty and had chairs that were dirty and covered in mould.

Our balcony was very dirty and had mouldy chairs, the hairdryer in the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. The pool deck was dirty, the drains on it were full of hair and dirt. Some sun loungers were broken, only discovered this when we went to use them. Evening bar and restaurant staff did not seem happy.
