"Broken 3 car valet elevators at Hotel Maren moments before airport departure....promised refund....."

Nice hotel, great location.

The valet elevator (all 3 of them) service wasn't working so we couldn't get our rental car to leave for the airport departure! It ruined our vacation! We came back from vacation more stressed than when we left. Thankfully Stuart helped us get to the airport from the Hotel Maren. He also promised to provide us a refund for incurred extra costs and for this very stressful situation. It's over a month now and we still didn't receive our refund from The Hotel Maren / booking.com. Stuart reassured me that full payment was sent and complete to booking.com but booking.com denies receiving full refund from Hotel Maren. So much time and stress and a whole lot of back and forth. Both Hotel Maren and booking.com did not keep their promise so far. We are very disappointed in this vacation trip. Still waiting for our refund...

O hotel proporciona uma vista linda para a praia. Foi minha segunda estadia nesta acomodação e as duas experiências foram completamente diferentes. Não sei se foi a alta demanda, mas havia falta de cuidado em tudo. Alguns problemas foram relatados ao staff e resolvidos.

Paga-se muito caro e passou longe de ser uma experiência de luxo. O check-in atrasou, o quarto cheirava a suor e nada parecia muito limpo (estofados, lençóis, banheira...). Fomos tomar um drink à noite e a área do bar estava suja. Área da piscina estava suja nas primeiras horas da manhã e a água da piscina também não aparentava estar muito limpa. Precisa toalhas melhores. Os valores das refeições do restaurante são altíssimos. Não recomendo ir na alta temporada, áreas comuns ficam cheias.
