Great location on the quieter end of the strip. Great views from either beach side or marina side. Sean is always very helpful and informative about local attractions.

No on-site parking for full size trucks or SUVs without paying extra to keep the vehicle out front. Check for events on the beach before booking. The Tortuga festival was setting up on their section of beach and they had beach space about a block away for use. The pool area is nice, but could use a refresh and some new seat pads etc.

This hotel is very run down. The bar did not even have vodka, out of lettuce. The pool area was also run down. It seems to be poorly managed overall. Do NOT spend your money to stay here.

Everything

We stayed in the Premium King Room with Balcony and Oceanfront. The room was very clean, and it had two balconies - a smaller one with a view of the marina and a larger one with a view of the ocean. We were able to sunbathe right from our own room, enjoying the sun and sounds of the ocean, which was my favorite part of the room. The pool was also nice, located on the 5th floor with bar service. The staff was very accommodating especially the concierge, Sean, who had excellent restaurant recommendations and helped us with all of our needs. The location was conveniently located right on the beach with access to many restaurants and shops within walking distance. There was a restaurant in the lobby where we ate breakfast, but there was also a Starbucks.

The city was setting up for a large beach concert that was right across from the hotel, but we were still able to have a beautiful beach experience with complimentary chairs slightly to the left of the hotel's beachfront. The drinks were a bit pricey, but it was nice to have that option.

It didn’t quite feel like 4 stars. It was a bit dirty and worn out in places. The staff at restaurants was often not there or slow to serve you (pool deck bar specifically). The food at the restaurant was mediocre.

Close to the beach. Room size was really good. Pool decent.

Very annoying: out of three, two times no room cleaning at all. And a A lot of little things… lights in pool were hanging loose / no soap for three days at restroom by the pool / here and there not properly cleaned / no glasses at the mini bar (just plastic cups) etc…

The view from our room was exceptional

The restaurants were disappointing, limited menu and not much ambiance
