Zero Hospitality!

All was well until the battery on the smoke detector was low. I adored the loud obnoxious beep from @ 1am until @ 9am. I went for a run at 10am. The staff came in and replaced the battery while I was out. They offered to cancel my reservation and credit my account in a chat. I am sure someone dreams of sitting the phone waiting for a response while on Holiday? I do not. In the end no compensation was made. No consideration of the inconvenience. I'll just say the costumer support team at this location is lacking in professionalism and hospitality. I hope it is not a company wide issue?

New door locks, in our original room could not get the door locked. Called staff they were unable to fox had to get a new room. New room then had the original door code changed on second day, had to call the 1800 number to new code .

Location! Location!

Parking. Have to carry all your stuff for about 6 minutes and the parking pass directions were not completely clear. The garage staff helped us. Thank goodness we checked in during the day on a Saturday.

We would definitely stay here again. Great location and clean!!!

Great space and a comfortable stay. Comfy bed and all facilities to hand, dishwasher, washer and tumble dryer. They even kindly gave us salt and pepper, dishwasher tablets etc. very useful as these things are expensive moving from place to place. Great position right in the heat of Savannah. Great service when we were stupid enough not to realise how the shower worked ( pull the control out otherwise it just spins and appears not to work!)

The only thing we didn’t like was the noise from above. It’s a converted warehouse, and whilst very attractive the squeaky floorboards from above were very annoying! Hence one mark down. Tbh we got used to it but if you have an early riser in the flat above you will be woken! ( they do provide earplugs!)

Convenient to just about anywhere you need to go in Savannah. Room was clean and well done.

Bed was basically like sleeping on a box springs and mattress on the floor. It needed a bed frame to raise it. Very uncomfortable to get in and out of, even though it was comfortable. That's the only thing we were disappointed in.

I was told that I was verified for my stay. That was UNTRUE. was unable to access the unit and customer service was a joke. HORRIBLE experience. No parking, location TERRIBLE and no recourse to rectify. Entirely FALSE property and complete ripoff. DO NOT STAY HERE

I usually stay with Sonder, but this stay in particular was not the best. I originally extended my reservation for another night, where I learned, I needed to transfer units because the other one was currently booked for an upcoming guest. I was transferred to a unit that was significantly smaller, (even though I booked the same room type)… the room itself felt picked over, you can tell there were originally paintings on the wall, but there was none…. There was no shower amenities in the shower, it took almost an hour for me to contact someone via chat.. to where I had to call someone to have it delivered.. after a long day, me and my family came back to the unit and undressed the sleeper sofa to find out there was no blanket.. when I reached out to customer service, they said a blanket would be delivered in 12 hours.. my family had to sleep uncomfortable for the night because there’s no possible way of having a blanket delivery. Customer service has been lack of, and had to deal with customer agents who are across seas.. very disappointing
