It’s was convenient for the station and amenities. The bed was comfy.

It was extremely noisy - double glazing would help. There was no soap and the shower leaked onto the floor making it dangerous.

Location. Ease of check-in

Upon check-in, the floors were dirty and had leftover chips and crumbs around. You can tell a thorough clean wasn’t done. Leftover notes from previous people’s stay was left also. It’s by the tram stops so you can hear the traffic and the roads relatively loud.

The property is nice, the staff on site were nice however the host is not honest which spoilt our stay.

The sink was blocked on arrival. I talked to the staff on site who told me the sink was already blocked the day before. So the host knowingly rented the apartment with this problem. They sent someone to fix it. He was unable to and said a tradie wld come the next morning. No tradie ever came and all communication with the host ceased. The host didn’t answer multiple communications. The sink was still blocked when I left, and a new tenant was coming in. Not good enough. Do better.
