The Hamptons Apartments - St Kilda

The apartment was clean and modern.

I didn't like that there wasn't a reception. We had a late flight so couldn't leave our luggage with anyone due to check out being at 10.00am. Also I wouldn't class the location as part of St Kilda the property is located at Balaclava we didn't feel very safe walking around the area a few dodgy people walking around. Not sure if I would go back in a hurry. Overall the trams are handy especially if going into St Kilda.

Late of an evening, I found it very difficult to find the key pad to get into the building.

All easy enough. You get some weird email asking g for $150 key deposit when there is no key

Met expectations

Location was fabulous. The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed

We seemed to have trouble with the hot water supply in the ensuite bathroom. Just warm, not hot although the hot water was hot in the kitchen and in the second bathroom. Walls could do with a little wipe with magic eraser - lots of scuff marks and marks from luggage. Easy to fix and would look so much better

The property was very convenient, there were shops and transport close by that made it easy to get things you need and get around. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The area was so quiet and peaceful, which was great after a sensory overload of exploring the CBD.

There was no cover on the balcony so we couldn’t use it when it rained- and it rained a bit during our stay. There was no milk frothing machine so we couldn’t use the coffee pod machine. The coffee wasn’t very nice with plain milk.

Location was great

The rumble of the trams at night and early morning esp as our room was on the ground floor. Also could do with more bath towels as we stayed 5 nights.

Modern , clean

Nothing not to like really .
