Good location, easy parking. Bathtub. Fireplace.

Front door open from the street. Skinny awkward stairs to get up to the room. No door between staircase and room. Very cold bathroom. View to the parking area. Loud heating units. Dusty air inside, visible flowing particulates.

Great location in Carmel. Breakfast delivered to room. Staff was helpful when power went out due to a storm. Good shower. Happy hour. Parking.

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, and the pillows were small.

I loved how everything was so close to the hotel and how cozy it felt.

Lovely, clean, cozy room with a fireplace, refrigerator, microwave and Keurig machine (coffee & tea pods provided). Tasty continental breakfast brought to your room every morning, that was different every day. Enjoyed their daily Happy Hour (4-6pm) of free wine and cheese, and because of the time of year, took our drinks & snacks to our balcony and watched the amazing sunsets every night (room 120 has an awesome ocean view). The staff was very nice. The location is great. Walkable to downtown Carmel (although at night it is dark, no street lights, we used our phone light to see as some of the sidewalks were a bit uneven). And it is all uphill on the return. Overall, had a really nice stay and would totally recommend.

Clean friendly location for shopping and dining wine n cheese hour and the breakfast delivery by basket was very nice
