The duty manager was really helpful, professional and kind. The room was clean and lovely. The sheets were clean and comfortable, but the mattress was very worn, uneven and that I believe it's time for a new one. The last night of my staying I decided to sleep on the couch and was the best night sleep. I really like the place, the cleanliness and the service, but the mattress was the only let down. In saying that, I most certainly would stay there again :)

I did not feel safe at night. Almost every night, there were people yelling on the streets, often appearing to be drunk or under drugs, and occasionally fighting. Walking from the car park to the apartment felt uncomfortable and unsafe. This significantly affected my sleeps and the overall experience, and I would not recommend this area for anyone looking for a secure and quiet place to stay.

I recently stayed at Apartment 188 in Perth CBD and had an amazing experience. The staff were incredibly nice and even accommodated my after-hours check-in without any hassle. The studio was clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The cleaners were also very nice and friendly, and they happily gave me anything extra I needed — really appreciated their help! I requested a few items for my room that weren’t originally included, and the team kindly arranged everything for me. The location is perfect as well — just a 5-minute walk to the CBD and close to shops. I’m really happy with my stay and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!
