188 Apartments

Both of the mattresses in the two bedroom apartment were un-sleepable ! They both need to be thrown away, both were very thin extremely soft with very obvious mattress wire digging into back and hips, this is appalling! No respect for guests. I’ve read reviews and there are lots commenting on these terribly uncomfortable mattresses and still nothing has been done about it. Invest the money and buy decent mattresses! I had to sleep on the couch for my stay paying nearly $400 a night for this place NOT HAPPY Oh and no soundproof windows, extremely noisy. Blinds let so much light in so be prepared to be woken up at 5 am every day.

Location was very good. It was bright, I appreciated the laundry facilities, and the kitchen had everything I needed.

Fittings were shoddily installed. Looked a bit unloved.

Property was very clean. Close to the city and train station. The complimentary items in the fridge were a nice touch. The washing machine was also very handy.

The springs are gone in the mattress and it needs replacing. Also, this is no fault of the hotel, but there were people constantly arguing on the street and police attended on at least one occasion which made it difficult to sleep.

Great property for families, 2 bed & 2 bathrooms.Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable & kitchen is well equipped.Great value for money. Location is just 1 block to the free Blue Cat Bus Service which is just a few stops into the Mall area & connects to train & bus depots for onward connections. IGA is a few blocks down the street. Restaurants at your doorstep. We stayed early in the week so it was quiet, might be louder over weekends.

The 2nd bedroom bed was a tad firm for me though some people might like this.
