A superb hotel great staff very well run & a great breakfast I'll stay here again

Breakfast, very limited choice, just eggs and very hard bread.

Our room was basic but big and bright, bathroom was clean, with hot shower. A/C worked well. It is 5 minut walk to the pier and maybe 15 minut to the fort.

The breakfast was terrible, even milk to coffee was a powder from plastic bag... And there was info on the table that you need to pay tip at least 20 pesos for breakfast... I saw something like this for the first time... The pool is tiny, so if you expect that you will be able to swim, you will be disapointed.

very very small bed, even for two “slim fit” people issue with hot water and very weak stream of water hotel is next to rush road , same level, no fence/ garden nor barriers, literally next to road. our room was located also on this level. doors are from glass, so we could hear all cars, dogs and people in the night there are no windows in these room, only these big glass doors. so either you have option to close curtains and block any air or leave them open, but rooms next to you (2m) and ppl passing by can see there. I have had very claustrophobic feeling there even not being claustrophobic at all. in the night this “cave” gets very hot, can not sleep w/o AC and ventilator, both quite noisy. do not recommend this place at all, wanted to leave after first night, unfortunately all other options were sold out. reception is kind of arrogant, asked if there is any option to move, he was laughing that they are full. however I did not see many ppl there. when we came they asked us to tip staff serving breakfast. did not experienced this practice never before.

nice clean rooms, quiet , nice pool area.

the breakfast was good but every day the same so after 3 days we could not eat them any more. They offered instant coffee which was not good for a coffee drinker. The hotel did not offer hand towels. It was expected to pay tip for the breakfast which is unusual and is not indicated while booking that breakfast is not for free.

not very clean (bedsheet and bathroom) and no electricity near by the bed. Also, we’ve been screwed by the owner of the property which made us sign in a rush for an excursion we didn’t wanted for the day after, and refused our request to cancel it.

We didnt enjoy our stay at the Ade Hotel: - The bed was too small for 2 people - There was no door between the bedroom and the bathroom - It was loud at night - The lady at the reception was very friendly. Unfortunately we met the owner later and he was not friendly at all

Very friendly and helpful staff. They gave great advice and service, even transported us all the way to Playa del Carmen for our next stop. Special thanks to Alejandro, Gil and Mayra for making our stay great and memorable.

The complementary breakfast could get a boost if the instant coffee was replaced by filter coffee (but that’s not really a great concern).
