Hotel Ade

Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et le personnel d'Ade est très accueillant. L'hôtel est très propre et charmant, tout près du lagon et du centre-ville. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter!

Seulement la propreté de la chambre était bien

1) le lit est inconfortable au possible 2) le personnel n’est pas sympathique, on a du parler via WhatsApp avec le personnel pour avoir des informations sur le lieu 3) PETIT DÉJEUNER A FUIR: alors que c’est écrit inclu dans la réservation, il est écrit partout en gros et gras sur les tables que des tips de minimum 20pesos par personnes sont les bienvenue. C’est vraiment oppressant qui plus est pour un petit déjeuné très limité (il faut payer 4€ pour avoir une omelette en plus LOL)

Ubicación con respecto al lago de bacalar, está a 5 minutos andando.

Alrededor está lleno de perros ladrando por la noche, el agua de la piscina podría estar más limpia.

La ubicación, la limpieza es excelente y el trato al huésped increíble

The worst hotel experience I’ve had in this country, where I have otherwise only met kind and helpful people—except for the hotel manager: with rude manners, he did not allow me to see the room before paying, served a meager breakfast with unripe green apples as the only fruit (in Mexico, where you can find some of the best fruit in the world!), and refused to let us use the hotel’s common area on the day of check-out while waiting for our bus—something that has never happened to me in 40 years of traveling the world! On top of that, the hotel’s location is quite inconvenient compared to most other hotels in town. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel, and I would suggest the manager change profession, as he does not have the right character to run a hospitality business in such a wonderful country.

Schone kamer met airco, dicht bij het busstation en de Laguna. Tips en aanbevelingen gekregen. Fietsen gehuurd om zo een groot deel van Bacalar te kunnen bezoeken.

Op de website stond vermeld dat er een 24-uurs receptie was, maar dit bleek niet te kloppen. Hierdoor moesten we buiten wachten tot de receptie open ging. Omdat we nog niet konden inchecken, wilden we onze bagage alvast achterlaten. De eigenaar deed hier echter moeilijk over, waardoor de koffers uiteindelijk onbeheerd op een open plek bij de receptie bleven staan. De douche had een matige straal en het water was alleen koud tot lauw. Het gratis ontbijt werd slechts tussen 9.00 en 10.00 uur geserveerd, was erg karig en bestond onder andere uit oploskoffie die je zelf moest maken. Bovendien werd er een verplichte fooi verwacht.

Chambre propre et confortable. Le petit déjeuner. Nous avons pris via l’hôtel le tour en bateau à voile de 3,5h et c’était top même si le soleil n’était pas avec nous. Nous étions seuls sur le bateau pour un prix moins cher que les groupes sur internet. Génial !

Location was good. Good shower.

We had a bedroom for 4 persons and had to sleep with 3 on the major bed. The sofa bed was old, bad mattress and impossible to sleep with 2 on the bed.
