أدوات المطبخ غير نظيفه لا توجد مواقف لصف السياره الشارع مليئ بالحفريات صعوبه تنزيل الشنط الحمام كان ذو رائحه كريهة وغير جيد موظف الاستقبال في البنايه رجل سيء جدا في المعامله

الموقع جميل جدا وحيوي وكذلك صاحب الشقة رجل لطيف والامان عالي حيث الدخول ببطاقة .

The view from the window is good.

We booked this apartment for 16–22 June 2025, but were forced to leave early on 19 June due to completely unacceptable living conditions. There was no water supply for two full days, with a third day of outage announced — meaning we couldn’t even use the toilet or take a shower. On top of that, there was nonstop construction noise day and night from a nearby building. We later learned that the construction had been going on for weeks before our arrival, yet there was no warning or mention of this in the listing. We reached out to the host for a refund and explained the situation, but they refused our request. They offered to move us to another apartment, but it was located far away from the original area, which was not acceptable since our visit was specifically tied to this location. In the end, we had no choice but to leave the apartment early and find other accommodation at our own expense. This apartment did not meet the conditions promised on Booking.com, and we feel misled and very disappointed.
