"Not Happy with Lost and Found"

I'm just MAD! Do NOT LEAVE ANY POSSESSIONS BEHIND - YOU WILL NOT (and I repeat) YOU WILL NOT GET THEM BACK!!! Okay, I admit leaving your stuff behind is actually your fault as was in our case. However after returning home we discovered we left our jackets behind in the room closet. It was a busy check out time as we were assisting Grandchildren out the door. We called the hotel and told them we left our jackets behind. We were instructed to go to the website and fill out the form "We left our stuff", which we did. We were told that housekeeping will then check in their lost and found room to see if any items matched that description and would give us a call or email us if those items were found or not. We didn't hear anything! We returned the following weekend for family reasons and stopped by the hotel again to check on our jackets. We were told housekeeping would have to check on Monday and we would receive a call about the issue - never happened. Okay, leaving your stuff behind is ultimately your fault, I get it. However if the hotel has a policy in place and they do not adhere to that, I don't get it. Seems to me Housekeeping personnel walked away with two nice jackets. Maybe the manager needs to take a closer look at who is working for their front desk and housekeeping departments. I expected more out of a Hyatt Hotel. Other than that our stay was nice. The rooms were clean and the other staff members were friendly.

The location is perfect. Restaurants literally within walking distance. The rooms were very clean and the bed and couch super comfortable.

Had issues checking in. It took a bit to sort. The front desk staff was amazing though. She tried her hardest to help as best she could and also helped other customers too.

The room was great, breakfast was great. Staff was super nice. If anything wrong the water in pool could’ve been tad warmer but had a great time. Will be back
