ROX Hotel Ankara

Das Hotel war im großen Ganzen ganz gut. Personal war nett und hilfsbereit, Frühstück war gut und die Aussicht, Zimmer war gut.

This is somehow a designer hotel, with great and awesome amenities, BUT the hotel is super super dirty. Staff don’t speak english which is fine but they are rude and really don’t care about your experience you will have here. Again they have a beautiful roof top which they serve the breakfast with panoramic view of the whole city but if you are not good at dodgeball don’t go there. While you are getting your breakfast plate and walking to your table literally you have to move around and try to miss the drips, falling from the ceiling. They have the kitchen in the same place and while they are cooking you can see all the moisture on the ceiling and they falling on your head, table, plate and everywhere. The food they are serving has very low quality. The sheets, pillowcases, and the blanket all were super dirty, I had a suite with a sofa which you could see the dirty spot all over it, the room that I was staying in had windows all around it with great view but what is the point when you can’t even walk around and sit on the couch. I am a architect and I can tell overall the owner did a great job preparing this hotel for Ankara visitors BUT is the management that can’t handle such a great hotel with great amenities. I checked out one day earlier because I couldn’t stay in such a dirty hotel. I asked for refund for the night that I did not stay and they said “you can get the refund from the place you got the hotel from”. I took pictures of all the dirty spot, so i can post them.

İnternet yoktu nerdeyse, çok yavaştı ve televiyzonda netflix ve türevi hizmetler yoktu. Olan kablolu kanallar bile açılmıyordu bazen. Onun dışında temizlik yeterliydi, suit oda büyük ve genişti.

Oda asiri kucuktu, yatak rahatsizdi ve camli banyo olmasi camdaki perdeninde bozuk olmasi bence rahatsiz edici. Kahvaltidan bekletinizi dusuk tutmanizi tavsiye ederim.

Bana ilk verilen oda temiz değildi, yatak örtüsü lekeliydi. Klima ve telefon çalışmıyordu. Oda değişikliği istedim, o odada da anahtar çalışmadı, anahtar değiştirildi ancak kalış sürem boyunca klima ve telefon doğru düzgün çalışmadı. Sıcak su ya çok sıcaktı ya da birden buz gibi soğuyordu. Oteli tavsiye etmiyorum.

Otelin konumu çok merkezi. Sıhhıye metro durağına 5 dakika yürüme mesafesi. Sakin sayılacak bir cadde. Personel genel olarak güler yüzlü ve alakadardı. Kahvaltı idare eder. Yalnız personel sayısı az otelin yemek katında ,fazla konuk olmadığı halde biten kahvaltılıklar için mutlaka bekliyorsunuz. Gördüğüm en büyük sorun ,yemek katındaydı kahvaltı sonrası temizliği ,runnerları yere sirkeleyerek ve masaları nefes ile üflenerek yapıyordu servis görevlisi.Kendi işini zor hale getirme gayretine mi şaşırmalıyım yoksa temizlik anlayışına mı bilemedim. Gördüğüm en tuhaf şey bu oldu. Oda ise estetik ve temizdi.

Sıradan bir otel yıldızlı bir şekilde çalışıyor.ilanda spa hizmeti var diye lanse edilmiş ancak tadilat varmış.bu fiyata çok daha iyi hizmet veren yerlerde kalabilirsiniz…
