ROX Hotel Ankara

Tuvaletten geri tepen lağım kokusu vardı. Cep telefonumu şarja takmaya çalışırken priz elimde patladı, odanın elektriği yarım saat kesildi. Kalışım süresince yapılan günlük temizlikler çok yetersizdi. Restoran ve resepsiyon personeli ilgisiz ve kabaydı. Verilen paranın asla karşılığını alamıyorsunuz. Yaşadığım en kötü otel deneyimiydi.

Unsere Buchung war im Hotel nicht eingegangen, dennoch hat das Personal zu später Stunde uns noch ein Zimmer organisieren können. Von Expedia.de bin ich nur enttäuscht.

War gut

Het zag er op de foto’s goed en schoon uit. Badkamer veel schimmels, gerookt in de kamet stonk naar sigaretten. Uiteindelijk toch een andere kamer gekregen. Ik zou hier geen 2e keer verblijven.

Kahvaltı çok yeterli değildi. 10.30 da biteceği söylenen kahvaltıya 10.10 da gittik ve bir çok şey bitmiş sorduğumuzda ise kahvaltı 10.30 da bittiğinden kaynaklı olmadığını söylediler. Eğer kahvaltı 10.30 da bitiyorsa o saate kadar bir çok şey olmalı.

Mükemmel derecede konforlu, kahvaltısı güzel, her konuda yardımcı oluyorlar. Alternatif düşünmenize gerek yok. Arkın abiye teşekkürler.

odalar rahat , klima malesef cok gurultulu. Kahvaltisi basic ve kahve icinde yok. Ama yeterliydi. Otopark icin de vale var ve anahtar teslim etmeniz gerekiyor. Otel konumu guzel kizilay meydaninda

Avoid!! We have booked this hotel for 4 nights but ended up check out after a few hours! It's unacceptably dirty, smell of smoking all over the room even though we have requested non smoking room. There was an ashtray in the room hence the reception advised the floor we have stayed was non-smoking area.. Bathroom was filthy, shower wasn't working properly and guess what we had a cockroach 🪳 in the bathroom!! Even though they have offered us to move another room as you can imagine we weren't able to stay here any longer after all this experience..I would recommend you to avoid this hotel where possible!!

Please avoid this hotel if possible. It's filthy, smell smoking all over the place. Bathroom unexpectedly dirty, towels are not in useable conditions and guess what we had a cockroach in the bathroom!! We only managed to stay a few hours. After a very long journey following our flight was delayed, we were at the hotel midnight around 3:30 am and couldn't sleep all night and checked out even though we had booked for 4nights! Luckily found another placed to stay but in higher price obviously..I don't think this hotel is a good standard hotel to be advertised on this website at all!

The location was not the best one, not many things at a walkable distance. Breakfast not good. Rooms were ok for a 1 night stay. Good shower!
