We had a very nice comfortable stay. The location of this hotel is perfect. Close enough to the city to have lots of Dining and shopping options, but fall enough to still have a quiet environment around the hotel. This hotel was very clean, and well kept. Would come again!

Front desk staff are very pleasant and helpful. Suite was very clean and had everything needed and lots of space. There are many seating areas around hotel to sit and have a quiet coffee. Breakfast has a few timing issues to work out at the buffet. Overall a great property to stay at!

Cleaning is only done every 7 days which is too far apart . Couriers / delivery folks are allowed to go up to guests rooms to deliver items to guests which isn’t safe. No assistance with guests luggage

Elevators were a bit slow is the only complaint I have. Pool was nice and warm, room was clean and the staff were excellent.

Rooms were great, very comfortable beds. Pool was small but adequate for kids. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would stay again for a hockey tournament.
