Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center

Overall satisfied. Staff friendly, room clean and comfortable, although right by the light rail's side, it's very quiet. And it's convenient to take public transit to go anywhere. The one thing that I believe can be better: I arrived around 10:30am, was told that the room is ready, but to check in before 3pm, I need to pay an extra amount of money. I mean, I know your check in time is 3pm, but had you check me in when I just arrived, you'd have greatly improved my experience without costing you anything, and you will have one super satisfied customer who'd be willing to recommend you to anyone going to Portland!

The bed was extremely comfortable. The distance to the Moda center was fantastic. Staff was really awesome.

The bathroom was a bit odd for two people who were sharing the room. It was hard to change without a door to close and changing where the toilet was was a little cramped. Had issues when eating because there was a miscommunication when I asked for vegan and it came with dairy and egg.

I liked the cleanliness of the facility and location

Parking was atrocious, the garage has no levels marked. Payment was also an additional amount that was not disclosed at all, kind of dissappointing

Very nice hotel and experience. Convenient location, good restaurant, spacious rooms, and quiet atmosphere. As seniors, we appreciated this.

Front desk was helpful and check in was friendly and efficient. Food at Spoke and Fork was outstanding!

Clean facility, pleasant staff and quiet atmosphere. Bed was comfy! Nice bar and food was really good. Despite being in downtown, I thought it was quiet, I was on the 14th floor with a great view.
