Hyatt Regency Portland at the Oregon Convention Center

This hotel in Portland is our favorite hotel! The rooms are nicely remodeled. We stayed as a family with a toddler and a baby and the room had great nightlights and everything we needed for our comfort! But the real highlight was the staff! Brandon was especially excellent and accommodating to our needs. He made sure we were taken of care of. He set the tone for our trip! Celene was also very kind and warm. We met the head of security outside by the Max station, and we felt very safe with him. He gave us wonderful recommendations. Also, the proximity to the Max station made our trip to and from the airport very convenient. We also visited the zoo and the Max being right outside was a huge perk. Thanks to everyone at the Hyatt Regency in Portland for a wonderful stay where we made lifelong memories.

Proximity to concert

Unexpected charges and fees, hard to find parking garage, and no microwaves in rooms to heat up food.

Great location for Moda center and convention. Really good food and drinks. Super friendly and helpful staff. Room was spotless and it was very comfortable. This is a small thing but as a senior citizen, I was super impressed: lights under bed and along floor turn on automatically when you get up to use the bathroom.

The room was nice and big. I loved the bathroom and all the storage.

No microwave in the room. For the price I think that should be in every room

Very nice hotel and great amenities and business networking scene. I enjoyed the views of Portland from my room view also.
