Best hotel in Tulum!

Nice hotel

The hotel had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the pool, the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations and reservations. Definitely worth the value.

Hidden Gem in the hotel zone. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, willing, and professional. Communication was very easy and accessible via whatsapp with the reception. Wifi works great! The beds were so comfortable with great quality sheets. Pool and bar area is adorable- and secluded compared to other hotels in the that area. Spacious rooms with AC that works! Lighting of the rooms is kind of dim, however it did not bother me and gives the hotel character. Very happy with this hotel and will return for sure!

Great stay, staff, and accommodations! Would definitely stay again, rooms could use some more lighting.

I just want to start off by saying that I dont usually write negative reviews, but this hotel in particular really upset our stay, My husband and I stayed here in the best suite they have, Dec 10th to Dec14th on our last night the AC woke us up, because there was water leaking and dripping on his face, the air conditioner is located right above him, this was our last night and we had to leave very early the next morning, we reached out to the on site contact and they could not fix the AC and the maintenance tech was not on duty. We could not get accomodate to a new room, because there were all full, half of the bed was wet and we had to turn off the AC so it would stop leaking, the room was supper hot all night, and we couldnt sleep the whole night. Staff were only able to give us dry small cushions since they were out of bed pillows and towels to put over the wet bed. Two days latter I wrote an email to Jordana (manager), letting her know what had occured since we never herd from any management reaching out to us. We wrote to her, we wanted our reinbursement for the last night, her response was " The AC was cooling and working, therefor she could not remburst us, she can only give us a credit to come back, and stay in there best room, First of all, Why would I came back? Second I did stay in your best suite and it was falling apart. Please do not stay here worse management service we have ever experinced, lastly Jordana never replied to our last email. "BAD MANAGEMENT"

I had an amazing time at the Radhoo! The staff was exceptional my only complaint was that the rooms didn’t have great lighting but I brought a lamp thankfully since I read reviews prior to my arrival.

The hotel was very cute. Love the pool. Would have overall gave a better rating. However couple things. To my mistake i placed small amount of cash inside of a purse tuck away in my suitcase. Came back to hotel and my money and some jewelry was gone. Secondly... The hotel was inadvertently booked twice, never received a email confirmation so i rebooked thinking i the transaction didnt go through, once i was advised by Expedia. I immediately tried to rectify, Expedia attempted to contacted hotel for 3 days up until my arrival to cancel double booking. I also tried to contact hotel and never could reach anyone. Once i check in. I informed front desk of mistake along with all email correspondence. They stated they never received a email or call from Expedia and still tried to charge me for the 2nd room although i had all the proof It stated in my booking breakfast was included. The front desk advised me my stay did not have breakfast included. They do not have beach access, in order to use the beach at one of the properties they have an “arrangement” with. You have to spend a minimum consumption to use the beach. There is no onsite parking if you rent a car. They do not have any recommendations on parking so you have to find your own which cost about $20 USD per day. This couldve have been a great place to stay. However the hotel should do better with communication, advise there is no access to beach, no parking and ensure staff is not going though guest personal
