"Beautiful oasis in the center of the hotel zone"

Radhoo is a beautiful hotel right in the centre of the hotel zone. fantastic design and ideal for a holiday where you want to be in the centre of the action but have a quiet place to retreat. The pool is stunning and all the amenities are wonderful. I would definitely stay here again my only comment is that there could be better customer service when you arrive and while you’re there. I barely spoke to any staff and so was left to my own devices. But will definitely be back to this wonderful oasis in the city and hopefully this will improve over time.

Magical place with beautiful pool, comfy and beautiful rooms. Right in the center of tulum beach but peaceful and quite. Staff are beyond amazing and will go out of their way to make sure you’re stay is flawless.

Architecture and design are amazing! But staff needs to be changed - not professional and can’t speak proper English! Talked to so many different people on reception desk but they can’t even say a word except guy whose name is Rafa.
