La reservación la hice poco tiempo antes de llegar al hotel. Según yo para llegar sobre seguro, al llegar me dijeron que las reservaciones por plataforma tenían que ser por lo menos con un día de anticipación y que no importaba si tenía mi correo de reservación garantizada. Ellos no la valían. Si tenían habitaciones y tenía que ser pagada al costo que ellos me decían. No lo que decía en la app. La persona que me atendió fue grosera, y sin ninguna idea de lo que es el servicio y atención al cliente. Pésimo

Son instalaciones: cuarto, baño y en general todo muy deteriorado. El servicio del establecimiento despues de las 11 pm no funciona ya q cierran sus puertas.
