"No me gustó el hotel"

Al reservar en la aplicación nos asignan una habitación... Pero en esta ocasión el hotel no quiso proporcionarnos la que se asignó en automático porque tenía clima, y que la app a mi me cobró como si fuera de ventilador... Subió la chica y llenó de cinta el aire acondicionado para evitar que se usara. Las señoras muy groseras para atender. El aire se colaba por todos lados y no dan cobijas... Tuve que rogar por unas toallas de baño
