It’s a great location to feel like you are really “living like a local”. It’s close to the local market and the shop keepers recognise you after a couple of visits. The apartment was very clean, light and spacious. Maria the host is amazing, really helpful. There are generous amounts of cleaning materials and detergents and good quality appliances.the apartment is great value and we found it perfect for a weeks stay. It’s close to public transport and very walkable.

When we arrived we were a little unsure as we had to go through a very old section to reach the apartment, but we were quickly comfortable with the apartment and the area.

It has everything needed for a good stay in Madrid. The location is perfect as it is right next to all main attractions, the park and the train station. Maria, the host is very friendly and attending, the communication with her was perfect.

Maria prepared the appartment very well, adding some toiletries. And she gave us good tips for visiting Madrid. The appartment was perfectly clean and functional. Bed was confortable. 3rd floor, with elevator. We were in app #1 and the kitchen and dinning/living room has not windows, windows only in bedroom. This was not a problem since we were dinning out the 4 days, just there for breakfast.

All was perfect
