Pretty much everything at the current price that I got it (48 euros, 2 adults, 2 nights). Super comfy, chill, nothing and nobody will really bother you in here, not even the people in the other rooms.

1. TV without channels. 2. Lightbulb button broke randomly. 3. The way that you need to introduce the codes in every door can be confusing for the first time by how it works in the first place. 4. The introduction guide text that they give you wasn't fully understandable in Spanish. It seemed decently translated, I would say.

Down town, but super quiet in the evening. Everything worked. Kitchen well equipped. Thank you 😊

Nice location. Near Supermarket. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Amazing wi-fi. Fan and A/C. Good large room with a table and chairs.

The noisy couple I'd shared the floor and from upstairs. Total lack of respect. The toilet bow is uncomfortable. They should change the noisy metal furniture for wood instead. The code system is very stressing. There should be another video just to explain that in close range.

Location is good between old town (Triana/Vegueta) and new Town (w/ Las Canteras beach). The roof top terrace is nice, although it could be much better. Everything was clean.

The impression you get from the photos didn't match my impression of the place at all. There was no community - during my stay (4 nights) I encountered just two people and the cleaning lady. The Coworking-Space wasn't included but rather you would have had to pay additionally 5 EUR/day (I didn't so I cannot comment on the quality of the space itself). The only common space is the rooftop terrace which would have potential but, at the moment, is just a loveless arrangement of some outdoor furniture. To access your room you had to enter three different codes. In general it felt like a loveless, sterile place. Absolutely ok, especially for the price, but not more.
