Booking üzerinden ve İnternet yolu ile ödeme gerçekleştirip tesis ile iletişime geçtim. Ancak tesis ödemenin gerçekleşmediği belirterek rezervasyonu onaylamadı. Tesis ile yüz yüze görüşebilmek de mümkün olmadı. Gerekli olursa ödemeyi yüz yuze yapmayı talep ettim ancak kabul edilmedi. Uzun bir süre beklememe rağmen yaklaşık 4 saat, ödeme gerçekleşmediğinden bahisle konaklama yapamadım. Ancak ertesi gün sabah kredi kartı ekstresi baktığımda odemenin alındığını gördüm. Bu konuda mağdur edildim. Magduriyetimin giderilmesini istiyorum.

It was spacious. The bed was so comfortable and the location was good. The host was nice and answered questions I had and for a solo traveller, I felt safe.

The bedding was dirty with stains and there was hair all throughout the apartment on my arrival. Long hair which I don't have. So I cleaned the day I arrived and the day I left. It's very basic.

Terrible hygiene conditions: dirty mattress with countless hairs of past travelers, spider and bed bugs, dirty grey mattress, and bad service. I contacted the property as soon as I found these issues- although it’s after a few hours after my check in and after my shower( because I was staying at the balcony, ). So I request a cancellation and refund, cause I didn’t want to stay there anymore - imagine sleeping on the dirty mattress and spider crawling on my arm (yes it did) But the property neglected my messages (while on WhatsApp indicated as “read” ) and afterwards nothing else. Just repeating that they have washed the sheets properly. And they warn me not to threaten them( while I just use my rights to post the facts I encountered).

Horrible choice ! Elevator - Horrible design , not enough elevators Noisy - people fighting and shouting in the corridors all night! Busy surrounding with no control Rude people , prostitution all right by the building all night, I give a 0 for amenities for this horrible building
