"Could not check-in"

We booked this hotel because there was a 24h check-in and it was late (9:45pm) already arriving on the train. There was no one at the hotel at all and we were never able to stay there in the end. Tried calling, a guest also tried calling for us, hotels.com called them and finally refunded us, but we had to find another place to stay for that night.

Excellent place, location, staff, everything was wonderful, in the center of Tbilisi and plus at the main street. With delicious continental breakfast and very comfortable, cozy rooms with beautiful bathrooms
