The only thing good about this “hotel” was that room was spacious.

So, this is a self check-in hotel, so they send you instructions to locate and get in (passwords, etc.), but the address they send and Google Maps link directs you totally somewhere else. You click on the Maps link, something comes up called “Ink Art Center,” so when we first entered this location to our Bolt ride, it drove us somewhere else, but luckily our driver was nice enough to call the hotel and ask for directions. She did not share details and wanted me to write my reservation info—which is totally fine and logical—but when I did, she AGAIN SENT ME THE WRONG ADDRESS, so our driver started to drive to the address she sent. Just ten minutes later, she deleted this message where she included the link and sent us a new link for the correct address! Imagine after a long trip having to live all these… and it does not stop here. Two days later, after we got back from our Kakheti wine tour (9 hours), I wanted to take a shower before dinner, and guess what, THERE IS NO WATER UNTIL MIDNIGHT. And when I called, they don’t answer your phone; they just text you back like, “Oh, how can we help you?” It’s obviously an emergency. Whatever, I asked for new towels and at least to clean the garbage bin (we had water bottles, banana peels, etc.). Hotel management texted back and assured me about new towels the next morning. Once we came back after dinner, there were no towels, bins were full… room is untouched. I wrote again (see, I don’t call them anymore; it never works). She answered, “WE DON’T CLEAN THE ROOM OR CHANGE BED SHEETS IF YOU DON’T STAY AT LEAST 14 DAYS.” And I asked, “What about our towels?” She repeated herself, ignored my question, and her response—how she picked words—was really rude. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST THIS PLACE TO ANYONE I LIKE IN MY LIFE!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ I in shock how this place ever got 4 stars.

У отеля 3 достоинства: 1. Локация. Он фактически на Руставели, но небольшое отдаление делает номера значительно более тихими. Любая инфраструктура под боком, очень удобно 2. Удобное безконтактное заселение, заранее выслали подробную инструкцию 3. В номер пришел прекрасный котик и спал пол ночи в моем чемодане

А недостатков значительно больше: 1. Чистота примерно средняя, по грузинским меркам +- норм, но, если хотите, чтобы было прям чисто - вам не сюда 2. Нигде не написано, что нужно подниматься пешком на фактически 3ий этаж. Для меня это не было проблемой, но бывают люди с маленькими детьми или пожилые 3. Холодильник (минибар) не работал (свет в нем горел, но он не охлаждал). У меня с собой было лекарство, которое нужно было держать в холоде - пришлось срочно отвозить друзьям. Не знаю, что делали бы люди без такой возможности 4. Как и написано в других отзывах - в ванной нет вентиляции и воняет 5. Связь с администрацией оставляет желать лучшего - могут не отвечать сутки 6. Я не могла себе такое представить, но.. кровати нет. Это просто нагромождение сваливающихся друг с друга матрасов. Не могла представить, что в отелях такое бывает. С моей точки зрения, это неприемлемо

Well the property is nice however for anyone visiting you should know that they have a self check service in which after payment they will provide you with the code you can use to enter the hotel as well as the room. I booked my own reservation and made sure to pay online however for some reasons the payment was not successful. They didn’t inform me until I arrived and I told them I’m arriving early so I kept on waiting outside they are not really responsive. I had a better expectation for the hotel and I was discouraged by the fact that they haven’t done their best to address my concerns immediately especially the hotel doesn’t have anyone from the reception inside to assist or even to answer immediately. I changed my plan last minute and changed the hotel after staying the whole hour outside chatting and texting them . I suggested to pay instead cash which I appreciate that they accepted however I couldn’t wait for them even further. I mean for a solo girl traveler I didn’t find it so safe to stay in hotel that doesn’t have receptionists in case of emergencies . So if you are okay with that then go for it!! But hope they address their customers concerns and not keeping them wait or let them initiate or suggest solutions.
